I went for a consult today. The staff was friendly and very welcoming. The Doctor came in and explained all my options and spent alot of time with me. We decided on a plan and I was shocked! The price they quoted me was half of what I expected. I would recommend this Dentist .He seems to really care about the patient and made if affordable for me to get my smile back.
This is a brand new, modern office. Friendly and competent staff. Dr. Reid is very knowledgeable and happily answered all of my questions. He also has terrific bedside manner. Would recommend this dental office to anyone who's looking for a pleasant and comfortable dental experience.
My overall experience was amazing! I felt very well taken care of and attended to. The attention, level of care, music option (you get to select what music you want to listen to while you’re getting work done), look/feel of the office was warm and welcoming from the moment I walked in. It’s evident that the office members are comfortable with each other too. Everyone worked well together as a team. From the office manager Melony, the receptionist Ley, the hygienists Hannah and Irene, the dental assistant Katie, and Dr. Reid! Everyone worked so well together and provided an excellent and detailed service. They were sure to explain everything to me in a way that I could clearly understand. The payment options are incredible as well. My favorite part about The Smile Doc is the care that they have for the community. Take a look at their website and go in for a visit.
